Custom Request field not appearing in the field list on Assignment Rule Criteria
I have created a number of new fields on the Request object.
Most of them are simple integer fields to calculate a Due Date.
One field is called "Request type" and is a picklist. Required, Copy Enabled and Optimized are set to Yes.
When I create a Request Assignment Rule and add a new Rule Criteria, I can see all new fields in the field dropdown list, except for the Request type field.
I've created the field two days ago and waited a while, just to be sure, but the field still isn't available.
Is the 'Optimized' indication a problem?
