Siebel TOI are no longer available

Hi,

I'm trying to see the latest TOI for IP2016.

I know they exist but, from what I tested, they are only available to Oracle employees. Proof (screenshot taken on the 2nd of May):

If you use an non-oracle employee, you won't see them. Earlier this month, I was asked to be patient.

2 weeks later, today, I tried again and found out that all Siebel TOI are no longer visible to me. Proof (screenshot taken on the 20th of May).


I'm currently not able to verify that this is the same for Oracle employees.

Can anyone test the above? or report the problem if any?
