Payments Manager - Trying to process a batch, Start Action button results in error

We recently moved from a 32 bit server to a 64 bit server.  Since then, when we try to process a payment batch, it ends in error.  As soon as Start Action is selected, an error message appears.  I have opened an SR with Oracle, but has anyone else run into this?
