Branch plant constants

Hi All,

We have the following situation. We have the Branch plant constants set up with Specific Commitment (Days) = 1.

On the other hand we are entering order in P4210 with requested date in the future. The issue is that these orders are not being considered for the credit check.

We made a test and if we change the Specific Commitment (Days) to a grater date beyond requested date, orders are being considered.

Question is: what is the implication of changing Specific Commitment (Days) value on a running business? will there be an issue with the existing open orders?
