Completing the debrief assignment status, Duplicate charge lines are been created

Hi Team,

We see that when the debrief Assignment status has been updated to completed. CSF Update Debrief Lines program is been called and we doubt that it is creating the duplicate lines.

As the In-progress lines remain as it is and the new Actual lines been created.

In-progress line record history shows as it is been created by system and the Actual lines are been created by the user as the Assignment status to Completed.

We are using Oracle 11i- 11.5.10.2

Any pointers will help, Thanks in advance for help.
