problem with "PSP Driver Workflow Process" WF

Hi experts,

when I press the "customize" button to customize a quote/order line item, I receive the error: "Error invoking service 'Context Service', method 'GetRowSetData' at step 'Get Row Set'.(SBL-BPR-00162)".

I have increased the level on obj mng, but the only information that I find in the log is "SBL-APS-00215: ISS Context Service Error: Variable Map '' could not be loaded".

I have opened another discussion (https://community.oracle.com/message/13846175#13846175) because I thought that the problem was the Variable Map "Variable Map - Context". However I'm verifing that the issue is indeed on the "Variable Map - Row Set" property (inside "PSP Driver Workflow Process" WF) that is empty when the WF is run.
