How to retain SYSMAN schema with all necessary objects when upgrades to 12c, from 11g (EM repository

The Oracle 12c upgrade process drops the schema of sysman.  How to retain the schema of SYSMAN during the Oracle12c upgrade, or how to have the info saved by running the 'emdwgrd' before upgrading and 'restored' the SYSMAN in 12c after upgrade is completed?
