AMDPREPT Not updating Locations

We are running Load Depr report(AMDPREPT) in January for the entire year(With open trans unchecked, Keep other Fiscal years checks, Process Current Activity Check).  Then on a monthly basis we are running Load Depr Rpt with Use Open Trans checked, Process Current Activity, and Update Statistics checked.  This is working as far as updating any asset that has an pending open trans flag for depr rpt. The issue we are having is that if we just update a location on an asset it is isn't updating the location in DEPR_RPT. Is there a way to get this process to update
