WO Issues P31113 fails to update Cardex with the correct quantities when multiple unplanned issues a

When work order corrections are done and multiple unplanned issues are done at the same time, using P31113, not all of the transactions are posted to the Cardex. All transactions are reflected in the Parts List and Account Ledger, but only the first transaction is reported in the Cardex. This causes a variance between the F4111 and F0911. I am on E9.0 and just implemented the tools release 9.1. This issue started after the tools release.
