When creating a new forcast version and try to 'Collect Actuals' users get the following error "ORA-00001: unique constraint (PA.PA_BUDGET_LINES_U1) violated in Package PA_FP_COPY_ACTUALS_PUB Procedure COLLECT_ACTUALS".
