Error executing query: The member null doesn't exist in this application.

when opening FR reporting in one HFM application.  The workspace version is 11.1.2.3.7. We have multiple applications the user does not get this error in other HFM applications. I've tried the following:

Remove and add the user.

Remove and restarted HFM services

Add user as a native user

Confirmed POV is turned on in preferences

Assigned Admin access

Confirmed security access

I've the discussions related to this error.  I would appreciate any suggestions.
