Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. FYI Approval group user adding to Approver group

Hi,

it would be really helpful if any AME Expertise can provide some insight for the below issue

Using List creation Rule we created approval (Category) group for actionable approvers and For- your- information group for non-actionable approvers.

For few requisitions user wants to modify dynamically approval chain by using Manage Approvals, Adding an approver who is a FYI notifier.

But System doesn’t allows as the approver already exists in AME Approval chain even though a Notifier (viewer)
