Restrict Item as per responsibility

Hi,

We have a requirement as below..

1) Create 2 sub-inventories i.e., Subinv-A & Subinv-B

2) Create 2 responsibilities with Miscellaneous transaction function with responsibility name as Responsibility-A & Responsibility-B

3) Assign few items to above sub-inventories( A &B)

4) If a user login with Resposnibility-A and try to perform "Misc. issue" or "Misc. Receipt" in "Item LOV" he should be able to see only items assigned to subinv-A i.e., other items of that org should not be visible in Item LOV.

How to meet above requirement.
