Zpool issue / clear error after hardware replacement

One of four disk was failed  on my sparc T4-1 on which raid1E

And i replaced it (hot plug as is hardware raid ); but the first disk used to make this replacement not synchronize well. Then I  used another disk again which is synchronized well. Every disk LED is on green and zpool becomes Online also.

At the end of the replacement when run the following command , see their output below:

  1. 1-    Under ILom

-> start /SP/faultmgmt/shell

Are you sure you want to start /SP/faultmgmt/shell (y/n)? y

faultmgmtsp> fmadm faulty

(No faullt found)
