Calc scripts runs really slow after clear load and calc all.?

Hi

This happens every time I do, export lev zero, clear and move around some sparse/Dense member , load lev zero and run calc all.

After this all our scripts which used to take 6 min to execute,  takes 20 min. Any body encountered this issue.

Some times adding new sparse member to outline will resolve the issue but not all the time.

We are on 11.1.2.3.500 64 bit windows 2008 server.
