Hi Team, what is the 'Alias' field in the Customer records used for? Are we able to enter an Alias f

We have a business requirement for the the 'Bill-To' name on certain invoices to be different from the Customer name. Is it possible to use the 'Alias' field in the Customer records for this? if yes, what is the set-up required?
