Development Client (FatClient) E1Local DB Installation for Tools Release 9.2.0.3 App 9.1 - HowTo?

Hello!

We just upgraded to TR9203. (Full Package Builds are good and deployed). We are now in the process of installing the Development FAT client. We already have installed VS 2010 and SP1 and 32bit Oracle 12c Client. We are going to install the E1Local Database.

 

What is the appropraite installation from now on?

According to ( Doc ID 1956351.1 ) I am supposed install the Database to C:\Oracle\E1Local (refer to page 5), to the contrary the Development Client installation guide (E55648-03 - pg. 5-9) mentions:

Do not install the Oracle Database 12c into an existing Oracle Base directory. For example, do not install into this directory if it already exists:
