Multiple intances of Apex on the same ORDS setup help required.

The setup is: 1 virtual server running OL7 (7.2) on which I have deployed Oracle Enterprise DB 11.2.0.4 + Apex 5.0.3

1 virtual server running Win7 on which I have deployed Oracle Enterprise DB 11.2.0.3 + Apex 4.0.2.00.07

1 virtual server running OL7 (7.2) on which I have deployed Oracle Weblogic Server 12.2.1.0.0 + ORDS 3.0.1.60.12.48

Up until this point in time, we have used the OHS (stand alone) + mod_plsql so for every apex deployment, regardless of the apex version, we simply created a new ohs instance on the OHS server on a different port, each instance had its own dads.conf file, resources and images folder. However, when I try and replicate this using weblogic + ords, I fail to understand how to achieve the desired outcome. I have search this forum as well as completed goggle searches to find if it is possible to setup multiple instances of Apex, but of different version, i.e
