How do I copy a grid format to other users with version 9.2?

We are currently upgrading to JDE 9.2 for applications and tools release.  I've been told that I can't user P98950 with 9.2.  My understanding is that I would use P98220U, but I can't seem to find good documentation on how to sharing and publishing work.  I'd like to take a saved grid format and copy it to a select role, but don't know how the process works.  Any help on this subject would be appreciated.
