Question: using key strokes in the Service Request form
Hi, we're using R12.1.3 and I have a question with regards to the use of key strokes in the Service Request form.
A few weeks ago, I raised SR 3-12513127521, for the following question:
"how do we get to the field 'Type' in the Notes section (tab Workbench), using key strokes, starting with the cursor in field 'Urgency' (tab Workbench)".
Marcela (Oracle) helped me very well, and she advised me to go to the Support Community next time.
Marcela gave me the following feedback:
"One alternative would be to implement a personalization to force the cursor to navigate to the Notes Types field after leaving Urgency.
