Generate All Rules program for new Inventory organizations added to existing inventory picking rule

Hello,

We are on 12.2.3 and use Oracle Inventory without Oracle WMS.We have added new inventory organizations to existing Inventory Picking rules(Inventory Picking Rules: (N) Inv> Setups> Rules > Picking).Do we need to run the Generate All Rules program in this case or is the program to be run only when the rules are modified?
