ISS Instance error (SBL-ISS-00666) in PSP driver WF

Hi Experts,

We are calling the PSP Driver WF and Verify Order (Header) as a subprocess to Validate Order for inbound Orders(Non UI). But its erroring out with the below error.

ObjMgrBusServiceLog    Error     1          00001dc75742179c:0      2016-05-23 14:42:38       (issctxtsvc.cpp (444)) SBL-ISS-00666: Instance with name 'ISS Instance' is not found.

This is not occurring while trying to Validate from UI or if we call the Signal from scripts, The property Instance is getting set to ISS Instance for both UI and non UI flows.
