In 21 CFR audit, auditing is enabled for F4102.

After enabling audit, i  modified the item/branch record using P41026. Audit data got captured in F9500003 and F9500004 but no data captured in F9500005. 

I am running R9500005 to display audit records due to non availability of data in F9500005 i am getting "No data selected". 

But i can see the info in P9500003 which is based on F9500003/F9500004.

Am i missing any setup to get data populated in F9500005.

Please help
