Process Lockbox Submit FRM-40735 Error

Hi,

We have upgraded our database to 12C and from then our users were facing issues in submitting process lockbox import.

When our users hit the submit button on the process lockbox import screen after entering all the required details we are getting the following form error

FRM-40735: ON-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062. This was stopping our business in processing bank files from process lockbox.
