Siebel password generation and support of complex passwords for ADSI

Can someone share a solution that allows Siebel 8.1.1.11 to generate a random password that supports complexity rules?

For example, requiring that an automatically generated random password be required to contain an upper case letter, a number, and a special character.

This password would then be applied to ADSI .

I understand how to generate the password, but do not have the technical info on how to reset the pw in Microsoft ADSI.
