Competitor Price Type

Hello,

Knowing that the RPO has information about the type of competitor price (ol1cmppctp), such as promotional price, then this mean that must be loaded any price of competitors (in ol1cmpcurpc), even if a promotional price? If so, then when the strategy is CPI will consider the promotional price competition and consequently the RPO will reduce the regular recommended price?
