Essbase memory functionality

Hi,

Need all of your thoughts/assistance on below:

One of hyperion application consuming 20GB of memory (~38GB of virtual memory). Checked the cache settings(index, data & data file caches) of this application (with 3 databases), it's around 2.5GB.

Please help me to understand what else could be consuming the remaining memory (~17 GB) and how memory functionality works in Essbase for application?

Also swap memory is being utilized by Hyperion applications. How to understand/check what is consuming swap memory?

Thanks,

Kumar
