How to handle symbolic links to $FND_TOP/$APPLBIN/fndcpesr during online patching cycle.

We are in the process of deploying EBS 12.2.5 and will be creating and registering a number of HOST concurrent programs within a CUSTOM_TOP. The configuration of these .prog executables involves creating symbolic links to $FND_TOP/$APPLBIN/fndcpesr. These links therefore end up pointing to a full directory path within the current RUN filesystem.

We can create a custom synchronization file within $APPL_TOP_NE/ad/custom/adop_sync.drv and create an rsync entry to ensure that our CUSTOM_TOP gets synchronized to the PATCH filesystem, when we initiate a new online patching cycle, but we are struggling to cater for these symbolic links, which would really need to be recreated to point to the new RUN filesystem which will have become active.
