Defect with execute Hyperion Business Rules after entering 0 into forms cell

Hi gurus,

We have business rules to calculate values, then we checked the results into form cell in hyperion planning, but some values was not calculated by the rule. After that we entering a value (for example: "0") into a form cell and then executed the business rule again. After the business rule was completed the result of this cell was correct.

I have looked up in Oracle notes, but we did not find any solution.

Please we  need your help
