Is there any setup on vendor pages to add comments & attachment default onto Requisition?

Hello Experts,

We are on FSCM 9.1.35, PT 8.54.12. We want requisitions comments & attachment to be defaulted from Vendor set-up comments & attachment (Terms & Conditions). I did try by adding comments & Attachment on Vendor Default Location but these didn't come onto Requisition. Is there any set-up to achieve this? We can add comments on requisition and select "Send to Vendor" and attachment "Email" options then these will be on PO and can be dispatched to Vendors (Comments on PO PDF & Attachment as an additional document in email). We want to default these comments & attachment from vendor so
