P00950 Secure locked rows but allow access to modify unlocked rows

P00950 Example of a ube where specific rows are locked and cannot be modified unless you have access to the Advanced option. In this case you can unlock the row and modify accordingly (action security 5)

Action Security 5 for particular role is set to 'Modify' D/S. The role does not have the 'Advanced' option visible and therefore should not be able to modify data selection for the locked rows, but as you can see below, they have access to modify. They should only be able to modify the unlocked row (DOCO).

This is Action 3 and 5 security for the above role.
