Real life companies merge affetcs active Service Requests
Hello team,
I describe the following scenario we're facing:
customer "Company A" bought 6 machines (S/N tracked) with related services.
In real life then "Company A" merges to Company B, by transferring ownership of the machines and contractual support rights
we started providing services when "Company A" was alive and now we have one sr for each machine to be updated (with new owner "Company B"), to record the interventions made on the various items.
our goals
owner change on all S/Ns, keep on tracking of task interventions on those machines
the question is:
what alternative we have in addition of closing the existing SRs and reopen new ones to the customer Company B?
