Need suggestion if we should upgrade to Siebel CRM IP15 or IP16

Hi,

We are on Siebel version 8.1.1.11 PS10 and wanting to upgrade.

The question is if it should be IP15 or IP16 (which was released last week)

I know that Oracle always recommend to be on the latest patch but since IP16 is just release without any patch set, it will be risky to go for it. Since IP15 has been there for more than an year, it seems more stable.

Also upgrade wise will there be huge difference between IP15 and IP16; since there are lot of new features being offered in IP16, will the upgrade from 8.1.1.11.10 to IP16 be more complex and time consuming when compared to upgrade from 8.1.1.11.10 to IP15
