After enabling adop, applying latest AD and TXK patch fails: issue with adop SQLPLUS.pm script

This is and 11i upgrade to 12.2.5 version. Architecture: 1 DB server / 1 AS server Linux x86-64. DB version 11.2.0.4

Just finished to enable adop and now following Document 1617461.1, Applying the Latest AD and TXK Release Update Packs to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2

The note has been followed including adgrants.sql applied

sh $ADMIN_SCRIPTS_HOME/adadminsrvctl.sh start

cd ${SOFT_TOP}/CBR_ADOP_ADTXK

adop phase=apply patches=20745242 patchtop=$PWD workers=20 hotpatch=yes

adop fails with following errors:
