Transmission status stucked at transmitting?

I am doing integration Agile PLM with EBS.

i completed all installation and configuration of PLM and EBS.

when i release change its creating ATO.That ATO stucked at Transmitting status.

Find below history tab i am getting.

Modify where sentsuperadmin (superadmin)05/25/2016 05:49:36 AM BST<Where Sent.Transmission Status>was<Extracting>is<Transmitting>Released
Exportagileuser (agileuser)05/25/2016 05:49:36 AM BSTReleased
