Orale Forms - unable to communicate with runtime process

Hello,

I am using Oracle Forms 10g and when I start local OC4J and try to run a form, I am getting the below exception.

Forms session <1> aborted: unable to communicate with runtime process.
atoracle.forms.net.ConnectionException.createConnectionException(Unknown Source

How can I resolve this issue?
