Is tcpdump required to be installed on AIX 7.1 after Grid Infrastructure 12.1.0.2 is installed and running?  It was installed and used to create the /dev/bpf* device files.  Now the presence of tcpdump is a security finding on our servers.  Can it be safely removed?  I found under $ORACLE_BASE/diagsnap/<nodename> there are directories which contain tcpdump captures.
