How to generate different samples for the same WIP step

Hi,

I have the following scenario:

1- Formula, recipe, routing and all setup steps for creating a batch are completed.

2- Suppose we have two steps in the routing 10 and 20.

3- For step 10 we want to create more than one different Quality Specifications each with validity rule linked to routing step 10.

That is because each sample will have different tests and will be sent to a different lab.

How can we implement this scenario.
