Do you store your new hire's recruiting source or agency name in HCM?

We use Oracle EBS R12.1.3 and automatically create applicant records based on info from an interface to our third party applicant tracking system.  This applicant data includes the recruiting source type (like a job board) and the recruiting source name (like Linked In).  However, Oracle keeps this information in the applicant assignment record and does not push it into the assignment record you get when you hire the applicant in HCM and change the person from Applicant to Employee or Contingent Worker.   I am curious to see if anyone in the community stores the recruiting source type and/or agency name
