ODA_BASE refuses open xwindows

Dear Gurus,

I am running virtulizaed platform on 12.1.2.5  By using vncviewer session DOM:5900 was able to access the ODA_BASE but am unable to launch startx What I observe is that vm state from xm list moves  from b to - .

I have tried restarting the ODA_BASE and tried init 5 and even reboot  DOM0 it doesn't help. Please can anyone help
