Has Anyone developed Oracle BI Publisher report that included Charts using Word 2013?

Has Anyone developed Oracle BI Publisher report that included Charts using Word 2013? When I deploy mine in Oracle EBS I get error "Error invoking 'chart_svg':'java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError".

Logged SR with oracle and reply from Oracle support is "Currently, there is no EBS Desktop Tool version that is certified with Word 2013. You could use an earlier version of Word, like 2007, to do what you want to do with the templates".

The BI Publisher version I am using is 10.1.3.4.1.
