DETAILS:

What is being Deprecated:

Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control provides vendor specific management connectors to forward event and ticketing information to 3rd party management systems. Starting with Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.1, the following management connectors will be deprecated and desupported because they are no longer supported by the 3rd party vendors.

BMC Remedy Change Management Connector - 12.1.0.1.0
HP Service Manager 7.0 Connector - 12.1.0.2.0
IBM TEC Connector - 12.1.0.2.0
IBM TEC Connector - 12.1.0.3.0

Impact:

Beginning with Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.1, the management connectors listed above will be deprecated and desupported. Oracle has not tested or certified these management connectors in Enterprise Manager 13.1 and will not be providing enhancements, fixes, or support for them.
