Bank Account Transfer - Authorized By

Hello,

Does anyone know in which table is the userid or username of the person stored that authroized a bank account transfer? I noticed that only the authroized flag (y/n) is stored in CE_PAYMENT_TRANSACTIONS. If it's not stored, what personalization can I do to get it stored?
