How to make opm batch status change through approval hierarchy as like purchasing approval hierarchy

Hello Experts,

I am using opm for production, but my user can easily change the status from pending>wip>complete>close. but I want to make sure that user can not change the batch status from complete to close unless the manager/superuser approve the batch as we see in purchasing approval process.Is it possible to send a notification to manager/superuser as like po approval notification, so that manager/superuser approve the batch and then user can close the opm batch?

Will be highly appreciated if any one give a suitable solution.
