No Processing Option for ACA 1094/1095-C Transmission (P08140)

I am attempting to update the processing options on the Select 1094/1095-C's for Transmission (P08140) screen. Unfortunately, I do not have a way to update processing options to build the 1094/1095 transmission. The only options that are reflected are under Form toolbar (Build Transmissions and Review Transmissions).  I inadvertently selected Build Transmission thinking that the Processing Options would display but they did not.  I believe that this caused the program to build the transmission in final mode, which is why processing options are not reflected.
