Receipt Data Diagnostics running for three days
Hello All,
The Receipt Data Diagnostics has been running for three days.
We are unable to run any type of Application Diagnostics or analyzers, from APlist - Invoice Data Diagnostics to AR Transaction Data Diagnostics to Receipt Analyzer and Period Close Analyzer. Does anyone know how we can troubleshoot this, as they are needed files to fix data corruption issues?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
