Is the patch available for 12.1.3- Service Request form: Price List Defined in Header is Not Default

Hi

We recently applied

21768109 -" 12.1.3: BUG FIXES FOR CS:OCT'15 RUP PATCH" and we dont want move to 12.2.4

Issue:

When the profile value 'Service: Charge Line Default Price List' is set to 'Use value from service request price list' and the field 'Price List' has a value in the Service Request header, the Price List value is empty in the Charges tab.


The profile option is not honored.

Do we have a patch in 12.1.3.?

We also wanted help to have forms personalization to default SR header price list name to Charges-Pricing rules tab-price list field

Also,is it possible to default the price list in Charges  from Customer Record.
