Vehicle of one company rented to sister concern company.

Dear Experts,

At our client who is Oil marketing company (OMC) working on JDE  and using Transport management for their sales order  shipments. they are currently  hiring Vehicles  from outside carriers for which they are creating A/P liabilities by running Freight update.

Currently they formed a new company for Oil logistic ( OLC ). This company will be created in same  J.D.E installation and will be  having his own vehicles which will be rented to  main OMC.

We have a situation here about creating rent revenue and A/R for rentals of vehicles at OLC automatically when vehicle is used for shipment at OMC.
