Can an AP / AR Netting Agreement be Copied or Uploaded?

Can an existing AP / AR agreement and its associated invoice types etc be copied and saved as a new netting name and then the customer and supplier details to be changed to reflected the new parties associated with the new agreement?  It is quite time consuming to set up an AP / AR netting agreements for one pair of customers and suppliers, when there is already an equivalent netting agreement already established for another pair of customers and suppliers which shares the same set up other than the fact the customer and supplier accounts/numbers need to be changed.

If there isn't a copy function, is there a way in which agreements can be uploaded?
