Is it possible to share database trace logs and its tkprof via OEM ?

I am getting frequent request to share database trace logs and its tkprof. It causes unnecessary dependence  for the development team on the DBAs and delay.

I want to have user with monitor only privileges in OEM to download  trace log  and its tkprof from OEM I am looking for a  way to use OEM to share.

Please let me know, if its possible or any other to automate the sharing to trace logs and its tkprof without giving access to the unix machine.
